Import your Strava history
Strava's API is still pending approval, so we can't auto-sync your activities yet. Use Strava's built-in "Download Your Data" export to bring your full history (including original FIT files from Garmin) into AISRi.
How to get your Strava archive
Sign in to strava.com on a laptop/desktop
The data-export option is web-only — it isn't in the Strava phone app.
Go directly to strava.com/account
Or click here to open it in a new tab.
Scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN that page
The "Download Or Delete Your Account" section is at the very bottom of My Account, below Membership, Member Since, and the Strava+Runna promo. Keep scrolling until you see it.
Click 'Get Started' under 'Download or Delete Your Account'
Don't worry — Strava put Download and Delete on the same screen. You're only doing Download.
Click 'Request your archive'
Strava confirms your request. Your account stays active. Nothing is deleted.
