Import your Strava history

Strava's API is still pending approval, so we can't auto-sync your activities yet. Use Strava's built-in "Download Your Data" export to bring your full history (including original FIT files from Garmin) into AISRi.

How to get your Strava archive

1

Sign in to strava.com on a laptop/desktop

The data-export option is web-only — it isn't in the Strava phone app.

2

Go directly to strava.com/account

Or click here to open it in a new tab.

3

Scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN that page

The "Download Or Delete Your Account" section is at the very bottom of My Account, below Membership, Member Since, and the Strava+Runna promo. Keep scrolling until you see it.

4

Click 'Get Started' under 'Download or Delete Your Account'

Don't worry — Strava put Download and Delete on the same screen. You're only doing Download.

5

Click 'Request your archive'

Strava confirms your request. Your account stays active. Nothing is deleted.

6

Wait for Strava's email

Usually within an hour, occasionally up to 24h. Check spam. Subject: 'Your Strava archive is ready'.

7

Download the ZIP from the email link → drag into the box below

Save it to your laptop. Don't unzip — upload as-is. We unzip server-side. Up to 500 MB.

⚡ Faster alternative: per-activity export

Don't want to wait for Strava's email? You can download individual FIT files instantly:

  1. Open any activity on strava.com
  2. Click the (...) ellipses menu in the top-right corner of the activity page
  3. Click "Export Original" — a .fit file downloads
  4. Repeat for the activities you want, then upload at akura.in/upload
📦

Drag-drop your Strava archive, or click to browse

One .zip file · Up to 500 MB

Got individual FIT files instead? Use /upload for those.
