Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AISRi ("the Service"), operated by AKURA INFRA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

AISRi is an AI-powered training coaching platform operated by AKURA INFRA (represented by Coach Kura Balendar Sathyamoorthy) to analyse your activity and biometric data and deliver personalised daily training recommendations. The Service is intended for adult endurance athletes and their coaches.

AISRi is not a medical service. Recommendations provided by AISRi are for general fitness guidance only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your training, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.

3. Garmin data access

To use AISRi you must authorise access to your Garmin Connect account. By doing so, you permit AISRi to retrieve activity and biometric data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time from within Garmin Connect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
  • Submit false or misleading data to manipulate your training recommendations
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Intellectual property

All content, code, models, and materials on AISRi are the exclusive property of AKURA INFRA. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal training purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that training recommendations will achieve specific fitness outcomes. Training and performance depend on many factors beyond the scope of any coaching tool.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKURA INFRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AISRi, including but not limited to injury, loss of performance, or data loss.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. AKURA INFRA operates under Indian law.
